1. Liao Fan Michelin Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken

From a humble hawker stall to a restaurant in Tai Seng, you know that this restaurant is doing something right.

There are tons of chicken rice stalls all over Singapore, but not many of them can make their soya sauce chicken like Jiao Fan- succulent and packed with flavor! We recommend you opt for the noodles instead.

2. Kok Sen Restaurant

This Zhi Char restaurant opened its doors 37 years ago and it has been passed down for three generations. It is definitely worth a visit since it has weathered the ever-changing food scene in Singapore.

Kok Seng is the perfect choice for your whole family. Be sure to indulge in their signature dishes such as the Claypot Yong Tau Foo, Cereal Butter Squid and the Big Prawns Bee Hoon Soup.

3. Shirokane Tori-Tama

Tori-Tama offers a great yakitori. Tori-Tama offers around 20 varieties of chicken yakitori from chicken meat to chicken skin. Each yakitori is coated with the right amount of salt and seasoning.

Something that is uniquely delicious is their chicken ball. It has the perfect chicken cartilage mix, which gives it a pleasant crunchy bite to it.

If you are daring enough try the Bonjiri/ Bonchiri, it is crispy and salty on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Don't forget to make a reservation soon if you are interested as Tori-Tama is always fully booked, especially on the weekend!

4. Hong Kee Beef Noodle

This bowl of beef goodness would satisfy your soul like no other. Picture this- slurping on rice noodles that are coated with beef gravy, paired with tender beef slices and umami salted vegetables, giving you the perfect kick at the end.

If that doesn't tickle your taste buds, I don't know what will!
